Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Solvera Global Advisory, we value your time and are committed to providing every client with dedicated, high-quality service. To ensure we can best serve all clients, we kindly ask that you review our scheduling policy below. Complimentary Strategy Sessions Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled meeting at no charge. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for another complimentary session. Paid Consultations & Business Operations Assessments Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before your appointment will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled one time at the discretion of Solvera Global Advisory. Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-shows”) will forfeit the session fee. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the schedules of other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show and will be subject to the policy above. Emergency Circumstances We understand that unexpected situations occur. If an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests for exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
